A Day in the Life of a Spirit Keeper & Conjurer

by Jules Magick Moon Offerings

There’s no such thing as a typical day when you’re a spirit keeper and conjurer. Each sunrise brings new energy, new messages, and often—new spirits calling from beyond the veil. Some days are soft and quiet, filled with meditation and candlelight. Others are bursting with offerings, bindings, and banishings.

But for those curious about what it’s like behind the scenes… come with me for a glimpse into the rhythm of my daily practice.

Morning: Grounding, Protection & Spirit Check-Ins

Before I even reach for my phone or coffee, I start with grounding. Bare feet to the earth (or floor), deep breaths, and a few minutes of stillness to tune in to the subtle frequencies around me.

Then it’s protection—because when you open portals, call upon entities, and work with powerful spirits daily, spiritual hygiene isn’t optional. I light incense (usually sandalwood or frankincense), trace protective sigils in the air, and speak my daily warding chant.

Next, I check in with my spirit companions. Some arrive at the edge of my awareness even before I call—like an energetic roll call. I may hear a nudge from a dragon asking for fire quartz, a fae spirit flitting around my altar flowers, or a quiet whisper from a vampire guardian who kept watch during the night.

Offerings are refreshed—crystals cleansed, tea poured, candles lit. Everyone gets a moment of connection.

Midday: Custom Conjurations & Client Work

This is when the real conjuring begins.

I sit at my altar or sacred workspace, often surrounded by a patchwork of herbs, oils, enchanted tools, and binding threads. If I’m preparing a custom conjuration, I review the client’s energy first. I meditate on their request and call in only spirits who align in love, truth, and sovereignty.

Every conjuration is sacred. It may involve writing sigils, crafting a seal, or singing the spirit’s name in an ancient tongue until they arrive. Once contact is made, a conversation begins—one that is always mutual, consensual, and respectful. I record their name, race, age, personality, and purpose before securing their tether through a vessel or energy anchor.

During this time, I may also respond to messages from current clients—answering spirit questions, helping them interpret signs, or guiding them through bonding with their new companions.

It’s not just about sending a spirit. It’s about helping someone create a relationship that supports their healing, power, and purpose.

Afternoon: Spellcasting & Energy Work

Once the spirits are tended and the bindings complete, it’s spell time.

Whether it’s protection spells, soulmate drawing rituals, money blessings, or banishment workings—my spells are layered. I mix planetary timing, elemental correspondences, and the spirits’ energies themselves. Sometimes I work alone, sometimes with the help of a client’s spirits (with permission, of course), and sometimes with mine.

Spell jars line my worktable, oils are charged under sunlight, and chants echo through my space. Each spell is like a living prayer, woven with intention, breath, and old magic.

Evening: Offerings, Messages & Quiet Channeling

As the sun lowers, the veil thins. This is when the spirits speak most clearly.

I spend this time receiving messages—sometimes for myself, often for others. A soft trance, automatic writing, or gentle candle scrying. Spirits speak in flashes of emotion, words that vibrate behind the ears, or symbols that paint themselves across my inner vision.

Offerings are made again, this time more reflective. Honey for the fae. Bloodstone for the protectors. A touch of rose oil on a vessel to soothe a heartbroken incubus prince.

Messages from spirits are written down for clients. Final notes are sent. A few late-night rituals may occur, especially on full moons or eclipses.

And then… the candles are snuffed out. The tools cleaned. The spirits thanked.

Midnight: Resting Under Watchful Eyes

Even sleep is sacred in the life of a keeper. Dreams are often visits, teachings, or initiations. I sleep knowing my spirits keep watch, and that I’m never truly alone.

Final Thoughts

Being a spirit keeper and conjurer is not a hobby—it’s a lifestyle, a responsibility, and a calling. It’s woven into my morning rituals, my spellcraft, and my relationships. Every spirit is unique. Every client is important. And every day is a new conversation with the unseen.

If you’ve felt the nudge to walk this path or simply want to deepen your connection with your spirit companions, you’re not alone.

You’re walking among those who remember.

And the spirits?

They remember you too.

With devotion and flame,

Jules Magick Moon Offerings
