Ember-Skin Protection Spell

Purpose: To ward off emotional attacks, envy, or energy leeches—especially when you’re exposed or vulnerable.

You’ll Need:

    •    A charcoal disc or small fire-safe cauldron

    •    Dried rosemary

    •    A pinch of salt

    •    Black tourmaline or obsidian (optional)

    •    Your dominant hand

Instructions:

    1.    Light the charcoal and drop rosemary and salt on top.

    2.    Stand in front of the rising smoke and say:

“Forge me now with ember skin,

No wound shall pass, no shadow win.

Smoke and salt, protect, defend—

From start of day to evening’s end.”

    3.    Using your dominant hand, “brush” the smoke over your body—head to toe.

    4.    If you have a crystal, hold it to your heart as the smoke surrounds you.

    5.    Let the ashes cool. Sprinkle them across your doorway for extended defense.
