The Guardian Flame

Purpose: To burn away negative energy or stop a person from approaching your home.

Ingredients:

    •    A white candle (purity & protection)

    •    A sprinkle of black pepper or chili powder

    •    Your spoken intent

Instructions:

    1.    Carve the word “SAFE” or your own symbol of protection into the candle.

    2.    Sprinkle a tiny bit of black pepper or chili at its base.

    3.    Light the candle and say:

“Flame so bright, guard tonight,

Burn away all fear and spite.

None unwanted may come near,

My home is guarded, strong, and clear.”

    4.    Let the candle burn down safely (or snuff it after 15 minutes if needed).

The fiery energy sets up a ward like a beacon—only those carrying goodwill can approach without discomfort.
