Quickbind Whisper (To Stop Gossip or Negative Talk Instantly)

Purpose: Silences harmful words being spoken about you, protecting your name.

You Will Need:

    •    A black ribbon or string

    •    A small bell or whisper shell (optional)

    •    Black salt or crushed charcoal

    •    A slip of paper

Spell Instructions:

    1.    On the paper, write: “All words against me are dissolved and silenced.”

    2.    Wrap the paper in the black ribbon, winding it tightly while saying:

“Gossip bound, whispers cease,

My name protected, my spirit in peace.

Speak no lies, nor shade of spite—

My truth stands firm, shielded in light.”

    3.    Sprinkle a circle of black salt around the bundle and ring the bell once (or blow softly into the shell).

    4.    Bury the bundle or place it in a dark box until the situation resolves.
