You’ll need:

• A black or dark blue thread or ribbon

• A bowl of salt

• A small black stone (obsidian, tourmaline, or onyx)

Incantation:

“Tongues be still, malice be blind,

None shall cross this sacred line.

Words that sting, glances that burn—

From me now, they all shall turn.”

How to cast:

Tie the thread around your wrist or ankle. Hold the black stone and pass it over the bowl of salt, chanting the incantation. Imagine a soft but impenetrable shield forming around you. Carry the stone with you throughout the day.
