Spell of Aura Renewal

Intention: To cleanse, refresh, and recharge your aura from lingering stress or energetic heaviness.

You’ll Need:

    •    A glass of water

    •    A pinch of sea salt

    •    A sprig of mint or rosemary

    •    A white or light-blue candle

    •    Optional: a piece of clear quartz or selenite

Steps:

    1.    Light the candle and take a few deep breaths.

    2.    Hold the water in both hands and say:

“By water, I release. By mint, I renew. Let what clings fall away—may only the pure stay true.”

    3.    Add the salt and mint to the water. Stir clockwise.

    4.    Using your fingers, flick water around your aura (especially shoulders, heart, and crown).

    5.    Snuff the candle and pour the rest of the water onto the ground, saying:

“I walk forward cleared, glowing, and whole.”
