Spell to Call Back Lost Energy

Purpose: Retrieve energy you’ve unconsciously given away or had drained by others, situations, or old wounds.

Use when: You feel energetically tired or like pieces of yourself are scattered.

Ingredients:

    •    A mirror (any size)

    •    A black or indigo candle

    •    A few drops of rosemary or lavender oil

    •    A bowl of water

Spell Steps:

    1.    Light the candle and place it behind the mirror so it reflects toward you.

    2.    Add the essential oil to the bowl of water and place it in front of the mirror.

    3.    Stare into your own eyes in the mirror and say:

“What was taken, what was spent,

From shadow, thought, or good intent—

Return to me, with love untainted,

My soul restored, no longer fainted.”

    4.    Dip your fingers into the water and touch your forehead, heart, and palms.

    5.    Let the candle burn fully if safe, or snuff and relight for 3 nights.
