Spell of Gentle Detachment
Purpose: To let go of someone or something that no longer serves your peace.
Best Time: Waning Moon or dusk
Ingredients:
• A black or gray ribbon
• A fireproof bowl
• A small piece of paper and pen
• Lavender incense
Spell Instructions:
1. Write the name or situation you’re releasing on the paper.
2. Tie the ribbon loosely around the paper.
3. Light the lavender incense and say:
“What once was held, I now release,
With love, with grace, I claim my peace.
No more chains, no binding thread,
This cord is cut, this spell is said.”
4. Burn the paper in the bowl. Bury the ashes outside if possible.
