Spell of Heart-Mending Renewal

Purpose: To soothe a wounded heart and promote emotional recovery.

Best Time: Friday evening or during a gentle rain.

You Will Need:

    •    A small bowl of rosewater

    •    3 rose petals (dried or fresh)

    •    A piece of pink cloth

    •    A single strand of your hair or a symbolic personal item

Incantation:

“From ache to ease, from grief to glow,

Let healing in my spirit flow.

With rose and care, I weave anew,

A heart restored, both strong and true.”

Instructions:

    1.    Place the rose petals and your personal item into the bowl of rosewater.

    2.    Cover it gently with the pink cloth.

    3.    Whisper the incantation while holding the covered bowl to your heart.

    4.    Leave it by your bedside overnight, then pour the rosewater outside in the morning to release the pain.
