Spell of Sacred Boundaries

Purpose: To protect your energy and enforce clear spiritual and emotional boundaries.

Ingredients:

    •    Black tourmaline or obsidian (optional)

    •    Black candle (for warding)

    •    Salt (circle of containment)

    •    Bay leaf (for writing intention)

    •    Pen or ritual knife

Spell:

    1.    Cast a circle of salt around you and place the black candle at the center.

    2.    Carve or write on the bay leaf: “My space is sacred. My energy is mine.”

    3.    Light the candle and say aloud:

“With this flame I stand my ground,

All falsehoods fade, all truth is found.

I call my power back to me,

My space is mine, so mote it be.”

    4.    Burn the bay leaf in the candle flame (safely), imagining a glowing boundary surrounding your aura.

    5.    Carry the stone with you for continued energetic reinforcement.
