Spell of Soft Boundaries

Purpose: To shield your energy while remaining open and kind—ideal for empaths and sensitives.

Ingredients:

    •    A white egg (or egg-shaped stone like moonstone)

    •    A circle of salt

    •    A blue thread

Instructions:

Stand or sit in the center of the salt circle. Hold the egg or stone to your chest and speak:

“May what is mine stay close and sure,

What is not, I do not endure.

A soft veil drawn, not out of fear—

But to keep my spirit clear.”

Wrap the blue thread around the egg or stone and keep it with you when going into crowded or draining spaces.
