Spell of Soothing Stillness

 

Purpose: Calm anxiety and create inner peace.

 

You’ll Need:

    •    A small bowl of water

    •    A blue or white candle

    •    A pinch of lavender or chamomile (dried or oil)

 

Steps:

    1.    Light the candle and gaze into the flame.

    2.    Drop the lavender into the water, swirling it gently.

    3.    Whisper:

“Be still, be calm, as waters flow—

Let anxious thoughts release and go.”

    4.    Dip your fingers into the water and touch your heart center.

    5.    Let the candle burn while you breathe deeply for at least 3 minutes.
