Spell of Sweet Tongue & Clear Spirit

Purpose: For communication that is both loving and truthful—useful before hard conversations, interviews, or messages with deep emotional weight.

You Will Need:
    •    A small vial of honey
    •    A turquoise stone (or turquoise-colored paper)
    •    A blue pen
    •    Chamomile tea (optional)

Ritual:
    1.    Write the name of the person you wish to speak to (or yourself) on the paper.
    2.    Anoint your lips and the turquoise stone with a dab of honey.
    3.    Say:
“Let words flow true, from soul to soul,
With softened edge and sweetened goal.
May kindness guide what must be said,
And peace prevail when hearts have bled.”
    4.    Drink the tea if desired.
    5.    Carry the stone when speaking or writing; you may recharge it with honey anytime.
