Spell of Veil-Clearing Insight

Purpose: To cut through confusion, lies, or uncertainty and reveal the truth in a situation.

Best Time: Sunrise or under a waxing moon.

You Will Need:

    •    A white candle

    •    A piece of clear quartz

    •    A pinch of crushed bay leaf

    •    A mirror

Incantation:

“Truth untwine the woven thread,

Unmask the words that dance and tread.

With light and stone and leaf in hand,

I call the truth to rise and stand.”

Instructions:

    1.    Light the white candle in front of the mirror.

    2.    Hold the quartz in one hand, sprinkle the bay leaf around the candle flame.

    3.    Gaze into the mirror and speak the incantation.

    4.    Sit in quiet reflection, allowing images or impressions to rise.

    5.    When finished, extinguish the flame and cleanse the mirror with cool water.
