Spell of Veil-Shifting Luck

For turning streaks of misfortune into opportunities and blessings.

You will need:

    •    A small mirror

    •    A green candle

    •    A pinch of cinnamon

    •    A silver coin

Steps:

    1.    Light the green candle and place the mirror behind it so the flame reflects.

    2.    Place the silver coin in front of the candle, sprinkling cinnamon over it.

    3.    Stare into the reflected flame and say three times:

“Luck’s veil turns, misfortune bends,

Fortune’s flow, my path it mends.

By coin and flame, by mirror’s light,

Good tides rise, my fate burns bright.”

    4.    Let the candle burn at least halfway, then snuff it. Keep the coin in your pocket or wallet for seven days.
