Spell of Whispered Wards

Purpose: Subtle protection from gossip, psychic attack, or slander

Best Time: Waning Moon or anytime you’re feeling watched or talked about

You’ll Need:

    •    A black feather

    •    A pinch of mugwort

    •    A silver string or thread

    •    A candle (gray or white)

Spell:

Light your candle and hold the feather gently. Sprinkle the mugwort onto it and whisper:

“Feather soft and silence deep,

Guard my name and secrets keep.

Tongues that wag shall now be still,

Bound by shadow, bent by will.”

Wrap the feather with the silver thread and pass it through the candle’s smoke three times. Keep it hidden in a drawer or pouch to maintain your quiet protection.
