Walking With Spirits Through Life Transitions
By: Jules Moon
How Spirit Companions Help You Navigate Loss, Change, and New Beginnings
Life is a series of thresholds—some expected, others that shake us to the core. Whether you’re moving across the country, going through a breakup, starting a new job, or grieving the loss of a loved one, transitions can stir up fear, confusion, and vulnerability.
But for Spirit Keepers, we’re never truly alone.
In this post, I want to share how spirit companions walk beside us through life’s biggest transitions—and how to lean into their presence for strength, healing, and guidance when the world feels uncertain.
1. Moving or Relocating: Grounding in the Unknown
When you pack up your life and step into a new environment, everything shifts—your energy, your routines, even your dreams. Spirits, especially guardians, ancestors, and elementals, can help anchor you energetically in a new space.
Ways they help:
• Cleansing and shielding your new home
• Helping you feel rooted and safe
• Guiding you to spiritually aligned neighbors, opportunities, or sacred spots
Tip: Set up a small altar or welcome offering for your companions when you arrive. It signals, “We’re here now—together.”
2. Breakups & Relationship Changes: Heart Healing and Rediscovery
Heartbreak is a spiritual wound, and many spirit companions step into the role of emotional protector and healer. Succubi, incubus spirits, fae, and angelics often help soothe the heart and rebuild confidence.
They may assist with:
• Soothing emotional turmoil during high-stress moments
• Reminding you of your worth and soul mission
• Gently removing lingering energetic cords
Tip: Ask your companion to show you in a dream or meditation what your soul is ready to reclaim now that space has opened.
3. Loss and Grief: Holding Space in the Darkness
The death of a loved one, pet, or even a former version of yourself is a sacred kind of pain. Spirits often step closer during these times, offering quiet presence, comfort, or signs from the other side.
Look for their subtle messages through:
• Dreams, repeating numbers, or sudden warmth/cold
• Scents, songs, or symbols that appear in perfect timing
• A wave of peace when you thought none could come
Tip: Speak to your spirits out loud during grief. Even if you cry. Especially if you cry. They hear you—and they stay. They may even try to find ways to comfort you.
4. New Beginnings: From Spirit Encouragement to Cosmic Nudges
New paths often feel as daunting as they are exciting. When you’re starting a business, trying for a child, beginning a spiritual awakening, or even going back to school, your companions often play the role of cheerleaders, mentors, and guides.
They might:
• Boost your confidence when imposter syndrome hits
• Help you recognize divine timing or open doors
• Encourage you to take risks you wouldn’t otherwise
Tip: Ask for a “sign of affirmation” when you’re about to step through a new doorway—and pay attention to what shows up.
Final Thoughts: A Constant Presence in a Changing World
Our spirit companions don’t just exist in the spiritual realm—they walk with us, through the mess, the magic, and the milestones. They may not stop change from happening, but they remind us we don’t have to face it alone.
So whether you’re standing at the edge of grief, growth, or the great unknown, remember this:
You are held. You are guided. And you are never alone.
Many blessings on your journey,
Jules Moon
