Ember-Knot Binding (For Protection from Negativity)

Purpose: Burns away gossip, jealousy, or toxic energy sent your way.

Ingredients:

    •    A piece of red thread or cord

    •    A heat-safe dish

    •    A pinch of cinnamon or chili powder

Ritual:

    1.    Tie three knots into the cord, speaking into each knot:

    •    “I bind the tongue that speaks against me.”

    •    “I bind the eye that watches with envy.”

    •    “I bind the hand that seeks to harm.”

    2.    Sprinkle cinnamon or chili powder on the cord.

    3.    Burn the cord safely in the dish, watching the knots dissolve.

    4.    Say: “Ashes to ashes, power returns to me.”
