Heartmend Healing Spell

Purpose: To soothe emotional pain and invite gentle renewal.

Ingredients:

    •    A pink candle

    •    Rose petals (fresh or dried)

    •    A small bowl of honey

Instructions:

    1.    Light the pink candle.

    2.    Place rose petals around the candle in a circle.

    3.    Dip your finger into the honey and draw a heart on your wrist or over your heart.

    4.    Speak:

“Wounds of sorrow, pain of old,

Melt away as love takes hold.

Sweetness, comfort, peace descend,

By gentle light, my heart shall mend.”

    5.    Sit quietly, breathing deeply until you feel release.
