Lunar Heart Blessing

Purpose: To restore emotional balance and reconnect with inner love

Best performed: Sunset or during the waxing moon

You’ll need:

    •    A silver bowl of water

    •    Rose petals or rose oil

    •    A small moonstone

    •    Your breath and your voice

Incantation:

“Moon that grows and heart that heals,

Flow through me on silver seals.

With rose and stone and sacred sound,

Let love return, safe and unbound.”

Instructions:

    1.    Add rose petals or a few drops of rose oil to the bowl of water.

    2.    Place the moonstone beside or in the bowl.

    3.    Gently blow across the water’s surface.

    4.    Recite the incantation aloud.

    5.    Dip your fingers in the water and touch your heart. Carry the moonstone with you.
