Lunar Veil of Peace

Purpose: To soothe anxiety, quiet the mind, and bring dreamlike calm.

You Will Need:

    •    A small bowl of moon water (or water left under the moon overnight)

    •    White or silver candle

    •    Lavender or chamomile incense

    •    A piece of clear quartz or selenite

Ritual:

    1.    Light your candle and incense.

    2.    Dip your fingers in the moon water and lightly anoint your third eye and heart.

    3.    Hold the crystal and chant:

“Moon above and still below,

Quiet winds begin to blow.

Let no storm within me rise—

Bring me peace beneath your skies.”

    4.    Sit in meditation or lie down with the crystal on your chest or forehead.

    5.    Snuff the candle and journal any visions or peaceful feelings that come through.
