Quickshift Charm for Energy & Motivation

Purpose: To energize your body and boost your drive.

Ingredients:

    •    A pinch of cinnamon

    •    An orange peel (or citrus essential oil)

    •    A red string or ribbon

Incantation:

“Rise, fire, move within,

Shake off sloth, awaken skin.

With zest and drive, I now ignite,

Forward path, clear and bright.”

Instructions:

Hold the cinnamon and orange peel in your hands and visualize energy flooding your body. Tie them into the red string and carry it with you in your pocket or wear it as a charm. Recite the incantation while holding it in the morning.
