Shadow unbinding

“Shadow Unbinding”

Purpose: Release yourself from someone’s silent judgment, envy, or spiritual grip.

Type: Energetic Cutting / Protection

Ingredients:

    •    Black candle

    •    A photo or name of the person (optional)

    •    A piece of black thread or string

    •    Fire-safe dish

Instructions:

    1.    Write the person’s name (or just “The One Who Seeks to Bind Me”) on paper.

    2.    Tie the thread around the paper while saying:

“What is not mine, I release to night,

Your grip dissolves in candlelight.

No tether shall hold what’s meant to fly,

I cut the cord. Goodbye, goodbye.”

    3.    Light the black candle and burn the paper in a fire-safe dish.

    4.    Dispose of the ashes outside, saying: “I am free.”
