Spell of Boundless Confidence

Purpose: Activate courage and radiant self-assurance.

You’ll Need:

    •    A mirror

    •    A gold or orange candle

    •    A dab of cinnamon (oil or powder)

Steps:

    1.    Light the candle and stand in front of the mirror.

    2.    Rub a little cinnamon on your wrists or throat (test first for sensitivity).

    3.    Look into your eyes and chant:

“I am fire, I am flame,

I rise in power, without shame.”

    4.    Smile at yourself and say one kind thing.

    5.    Blow out the candle with a full, empowered breath.
