Spell for Inspired Breakthroughs

Purpose: To spark creative insight or solve a lingering problem.

Best Time: Sunrise or early morning

Ingredients:

    •    Yellow candle

    •    A sprig of mint or rosemary

    •    A piece of clear quartz

    •    A journal or blank page

Spell Instructions:

    1.    Light the yellow candle and place the mint/rosemary and quartz before it.

    2.    Sit in silence for 3 minutes, breathing deeply.

    3.    Speak the incantation aloud:

“Muse of mind and fire bright,

Break the shadows, gift me sight.

Ideas flow and blockages flee,

Let inspired truth awaken in me.”

    4.    Write whatever thoughts come immediately. Keep the quartz with you for the day.
