Spell for Reclaiming the Self

“Come Back to Me, Wild Soul”

Ingredients:

    •    A black cord or ribbon (about a yard)

    •    A smoky quartz or obsidian crystal

    •    A small mirror

    •    A fire-safe bowl

Ritual:

Sit alone in a quiet, sacred space. Tie the ribbon loosely around your waist or wrist. Gaze into the mirror and whisper:

“Where I was lost, I call me home.

No longer shadow, flesh or bone.

I rise unbound, I stand, I see—

All that I am returns to me.”

Hold the crystal over your heart. Speak aloud anything you want to release (self-doubt, shame, fear). Drop a slip of paper with those words into the bowl and burn it.

Untie the ribbon and say:

“This binding breaks, my soul sets free,

I walk as one. I now am me.”

Carry or wear the crystal for the next seven days.
