Spell of Rooted Resolve

Purpose: To ground yourself in your decision and resist pressure or manipulation.

You’ll Need:

    •    A small flat stone

    •    A piece of oak bark

    •    A drop of your own spit (symbolizing your will)

    •    Brown thread

Spell:

Wrap the oak bark and stone together with the brown thread. Touch it to your tongue lightly and speak:

“I root myself in truth and stand—

No storm shall pull from where I land.

Words may twist and winds may sway,

But I remain—no one shall fray.”

Keep the bundle with you when facing opposition, temptation, or emotional stress. Recharge by holding it during meditation under a tree.
