Spell of Soul-Syncing: “Echo of the Aligned Heart”

Purpose: To align your inner truth with the right path, relationship, or spiritual calling.

Ingredients:

    •    A clear quartz crystal

    •    A mirror

    •    A purple or indigo candle

    •    A few drops of lavender or clary sage oil

Ritual:

    1.    Anoint the mirror’s edges and your pulse points with the oil.

    2.    Light the candle and hold the quartz to your heart.

    3.    Gaze into the mirror, breathing deeply, and say:

“Heart and soul, align as one,

Reveal the path where truth is spun.

By flame and stone, I call what’s mine,

With mirrored light, my fate shall shine.”

    4.    Allow the candle to burn for at least 13 minutes while visualizing clarity flowing into you. Carry the quartz as a talisman for the next 3 days.
