Spell of Spirit-Touched Dreams

Purpose: Invite a spirit guide or companion to send a message through dreams

Best Time: Night before sleep, ideally on a New Moon

You’ll Need:

    •    A sprig of lavender or lavender oil

    •    A bowl of water

    •    One small amethyst or moonstone

    •    Paper and pen

Spell:

Place the bowl of water at your bedside with the stone inside and lavender beside it. Say:

“Beyond the veil, through silver streams,

I open my heart to guided dreams.

Spirit kin, who walk with me,

Whisper truth so I may see.”

Write down your intention or question, fold the paper, and sleep with it under your pillow. Record your dreams the next morning — the spirit will reach through if the door is open.
