Spell of Spirit-Woven Clarity

Purpose: To clear mental fog, enhance focus, and channel spirit guidance

Best performed: Morning or whenever clarity is needed

You’ll need:

    •    A white candle

    •    A piece of clear quartz

    •    A pinch of mugwort

    •    Spirit oil (or olive oil as substitute)

Incantation:

“By flame and stone, by herb and breath,

Cut through the cloud, dissolve the depth.

Spirit I call, from veil to sight,

Guide me with your sacred light.”

Instructions:

    1.    Anoint the candle with the spirit oil and roll it lightly in the mugwort.

    2.    Set the clear quartz beside the candle.

    3.    Light the candle and repeat the incantation three times.

    4.    Close your eyes and meditate with the flame for at least 7 minutes.

    5.    Ask your spirit companion or guide to offer one clear sign or insight today.
