Spell of Warm-Handed Words

Purpose: To soothe tension in relationships and promote gentle, honest conversation.

You’ll Need:

    •    A pink candle

    •    A rose quartz (charged under a waxing moon)

    •    A teaspoon of honey

    •    A piece of parchment and pen

Spell:

Write the name of the person you want peace with on the parchment. Drizzle the honey in a spiral over the name. Light the candle and place the rose quartz beside it. Say:

“Bitterness fade, sweetness begin,

Let calm and kindness softly win.

My words shall heal, not cut or bruise,

With heart unguarded, we both shall choose.”

Let the candle burn at least halfway, then bury the parchment under a healthy plant or tree. Conversations afterward may feel more open and receptive.
