Starlit Focus Spell

Purpose: For clarity, concentration, and staying on track with tasks.

Ingredients:

    •    A glass of water

    •    Three bay leaves

    •    A piece of clear quartz (or any bright crystal)

Instructions:

    1.    Place the bay leaves in the water.

    2.    Hold the quartz above it and whisper your intention for focus.

    3.    Say:

“By starlit flame and mind so true,

Distractions fade, clarity renew.

My path is clear, my thoughts aligned,

All I need now comes to mind.”

    4.    Drink the water mindfully, keeping the quartz on your desk for continued focus.
