Starveil Protection Ward

Purpose: Shields you from negativity, psychic intrusion, and unwanted spiritual attention.

Timing: Best during a waxing moon at night.

Ingredients:

    •    1 small mirror

    •    3 whole star anise pods

    •    A pinch of black salt

    •    A silver or white ribbon

Instructions:

    1.    Place the mirror face-up on your altar.

    2.    Arrange the star anise in a triangle around the mirror.

    3.    Sprinkle the black salt in a circle around it.

    4.    Hold your hands over the setup and visualize a shimmering veil of starlight wrapping around you like a second skin.

    5.    Tie the ribbon around the mirror and place it near your front door or in your bag.

Incantation:

“By silver star and midnight sky,

No harm may pass, no ill come nigh,

Reflected back, all dark undone,

By moonlit veil, my ward is spun.”
