Whisper of the Roots

Purpose: To ground, center, and reconnect with nature’s wisdom

Timing: Sunrise or during a storm

Tools: A jar of dirt from a sacred place, bay leaf, piece of hematite, green thread

Incantation:

“Roots below and leaves above,

Bind me to the Earth I love.

From storm to still, from stone to tree,

Let ancient roots remember me.”

Ritual Steps:

    1.    Wrap the bay leaf and hematite together with green thread.

    2.    Bury the bundle in the jar of sacred earth.

    3.    Hold the jar with both hands, speaking the incantation slowly.

    4.    Keep the jar near your bed or altar. When feeling ungrounded, hold it and breathe deeply.
