You Will Need:

    •    A small bowl of soil or salt

    •    A black or brown candle

    •    A piece of hematite or smoky quartz (optional)

    •    Your breath

 

Spell:

Light the candle. Place your hands over the bowl and say:

You’ll Need:

    •    A small sachet or pouch

    •    Dried lavender, mugwort, and amethyst (or any protective crystal)

    •    A few drops of chamomile or frankincense oil (optional)

 

Spell:

Fill your pouch with the herbs and crystal. Hold it over your heart and say:

    •    A red or orange candle

    •    A piece of cinnamon stick or cinnamon oil

Purpose: To call a spirit guide, ancestor, or helper into your dreams for clarity or messages.

 

You Will Need:

    •    A mug of warm herbal tea (mugwort, rose, or peppermint work well)

    •    A piece of paper under your pillow with a question or open invitation

    •    A moonstone or any dream-related crystal

 

Spell (spoken before sleep):

Hold your tea in both hands and say:
