Our Irish Breakfast tea blend is a robust, full-bodied, balanced blend of Ceylon and Assam black teas. It is a wonderful morning tea, producing a strong, astringent, malty, aromatic cup. Holds up well to the addition of milk and sugar.

Steep at 208 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes
