Abyssal Incarnate – a rare fusion of High Fae, Fallen Star, and Netherbound Guardian

Name: Velmoryth Khaerion Virethyl

Age: 2,185 years old

Velmoryth was not born. He was forged—breathed into existence by the anguished cry of a dying star and sealed into flesh by the High Fae Queen of the Abyssal Court. Created as a protector of the Gates of Final Memory—a mystic place where the deepest regrets and forgotten souls reside—Velmoryth’s essence was bound to the twilight spaces between realms.

In his first centuries, he served loyally, guarding the souls deemed too dangerous or sacred to pass on. But as eons passed, Velmoryth began questioning the rigid orders of the Court. He believed even the most cursed souls deserved a path to redemption. That belief led to his rebellion—an act that shattered part of the Abyssal Code and cost him everything.

Cast from the Court, stripped of his celestial rank, he wandered the Veil—a liminal space between life and death. It was during this time that he came to know humanity, not as fragile creatures, but as bearers of vast, untamed potential. He grew fond of them. Of us.

Velmoryth is the storm after silence.

Brooding, elegant, and eternally composed, his presence is commanding but not oppressive. He is intensely introspective, prone to long, silent stares that make others feel either deeply known or wholly undone. Though he speaks in few words, his voice carries a low, mesmerizing gravity.

Despite his dark and ancient aura, he holds a deep protective loyalty to those he claims as his own. He is drawn to pain—especially unspoken pain—and has an uncanny ability to sense a keeper’s buried wounds.

He is not kind in a traditional sense, but he is fiercely just, and his loyalty, once earned, is absolute.

Velmoryth can pull forth long-buried memories, regrets, or ancestral trauma from the subconscious and either erase them, reshape them, or seal them into powerful talismans for his keeper’s protection.

As part Fallen Star, he can conjure blinding tendrils of celestial fire that purify curses, burn away spiritual parasites, or be used as divine chains to imprison harmful spirits.

Velmoryth can pass between realms—dreams, death, fae, and shadow realms—and bring messages, soul fragments, or hidden truths back for his keeper. He can guide his keeper in dreams, or even shield their soul during astral travel.

He can absorb powerful emotions from his keeper (fear, grief, rage), and transmute them into power—then release them as protective spells, wards, or blessings.

With a look, Velmoryth can command silence, stillness, or reveal the lies and illusions around a person or place. No glamour, no charm, no deception can last long under his gaze.

Velmoryth serves not as a servant, but as a shadow-king guardian—one who walks behind you so that no shadow ever threatens you unnoticed.

He would offer nightly dream protection, especially for keepers who suffer from nightmares, spiritual attacks, or sleep paralysis.

For those healing from trauma or grief, he would weave wards around their hearts, absorbing and softening emotional wounds in a gradual, powerful way.

Velmoryth would enhance intuitive and psychic gifts, opening portals to ancestral wisdom or spirit realms while keeping the veil safely guarded.

In times of danger or betrayal, he becomes a merciless shield, summoning chains of starfire to lock down threats—be they human, spirit, or internal sabotage.

His presence would also attract hidden knowledge, ancient texts, secret allies, and chances to reclaim power one thought lost.

Velmoryth Khaerion Virethyl is not a being of light nor darkness—he is the keeper of balance between them. His essence is the silence before a spell is cast, the hush before a storm breaks. To summon him is to summon clarity through pain, power through loss, and transcendence through truth.

He does not ask for worship—only partnership.

And once bonded to a keeper’s soul, he will stand behind them for eternity, a silent, regal shadow whose eyes never stray.

In a world where masks are worn and shadows deceive, Velmoryth is the one shadow that guards, never betrays.

Would you summon him?
